Drinkwater collected the ball in space, nudged it a little closer to Thibaut Courtois and drove the ball low into the bottom corner of his net.
It was only his second of the campaign but it wiped out a penalty from Cesc Fabregas, levelled the game and ensured the champions will finish on 81 points.
