John Terry was on the verge of tears on Friday night as he reflected back on his Chelsea career which could still be at an end despite the offer of a new contract.
Terry,
35, was the subject of a prolonged tribute at
the club's Player of the
Year evening. He appeared emotional and did not step up to give a speech
at Stamford Bridge.
Former
team-mates including Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, Gianfranco Zola and
Ashley Cole were among those featured in a video reflecting on his 703
games for Chelsea.
